- Tracking your order: When completing an order with us you should receive a confirmation email with USPS with your package tracking information. Please be sure to leave a usable email address (check for correct spelling and filter settings).
- Order Processing: Most online orders can be processed immediately (some may be subject for review to prevent fraud). Priority Mail for global customers may spend extra time in receiving country's customs and may be subject to country's customs fees.
- We suggest using PayPal for global orders. Generally we can process your order a bit faster this way.
- Send us an email or give us a call regarding custom orders, package tracking and all other customer related issues. No question is too small!

Credit minus 10% restocking fees will be credited in the same form within 3 business days of item receipt in new condition. Fees MAY be waived at our discretion and with written approval only.
